This weeks' theme is SAFE. That was a really difficult theme for me. We seem to have lots of pictures that epitomize "UNSAFE." But finally I chose this one of my oldest son, Patrick, wielding the "Sword of Hypocrisy" (so named by him) valiantly keeping us safe from our neighbors. (Or from the pernicious influences of suburbia.)

How funny! I was absent-mindedly reading your post and trying to look at your picture at the same time. I thought you were trying to depict something unsafe. Instead of finishing reading your post, I just kept looking at your picture trying to figure out what your son was holding and why it was so unsafe. Maybe I should go to bed. :p
